LIMS pricing explained
Labstudio offers two versions, EasyLIMS LITE and our flagship Labstudio LIMS. Both systems are a hosted solution with a Windows based desktop application.
EasyLIMS LITE

Our LITE version allows any lab to modernise their Excel or dated systems immediately. This version includes all the laboratory modules, user management, template engines and more.
Daily backups and online document storage in Microsoft’s Azure Cloud are included.
Labstudio LIMS
- R8,800 + VAT
- Support Retainer: R3,500 + VAT
LITE modules included together with invoicing, statements and other financial modules, mobile app integration (2x licenses included), dynamic forms, Quality and Inventory management modules and dashboards. Automated machine interfacing is available too.

We provide optional data services to assist you importing legacy data into EasyLIMS. Template creation and cost configuration are also offered. Please contact us for a bespoke quotation. R40,000+

We cover a wide range of scales and analysers. Contact us for more details. A typical interface costs around R12,000 and often requires a physical onsite visit.
